Entrevista a Félix Rodrigo Mora, autor de Investigación sobre la II República española | Pura Virtud

"An objective understanding of the Second Spanish Republic must be undertaken within the context of a demonstrative analysis of the historical cycle in which it is situated. This cycle begins with the rise of the Enlightenment in the 18th century, continues with the Constitution of 1812 and the entire liberal revolution, whose primary aim was to strip the various peninsular peoples of what still remained of the assemblies and customary institutions of local self-government and, at the same time, expropriate millions of hectares of land, as well as many other means of production, through the disentailment of church lands. It continues with the definitive establishment of a propertied, bourgeois class, under the shadow of the Spanish State and its tutelage, proceeds with the failure of Spain as a colonial power in 1898, and culminates in the triad of political regimes that would attempt to remedy the colonial "disaster" by addressing its root causes: the military dictatorship of Primo de Rivera, the Second Republic, and Francoism. The number one achievement, a As the primary driving force of the liberal revolution, the State (army, police, tax system, judiciary, high-ranking ministerial officials, educational apparatus, state-market system, party system, and state capitalism) in the form of the Spanish state entity, notably invigorated, expanded, and multiplied, was therefore far more capable of exerting massive dominance over the subordinate classes and distinct peoples within its borders and competing with other states abroad. The Republic of April 14, 1931, was one of the political systems used by the Spanish ruling classes in the 20th century to seek a remedy for what was called "the problem of Spain," its supposed economic, industrial, and technological "backwardness" (ultimately military, as an imperialist power exporting capital and colonial power) compared to leading European countries. It is, consequently, an excellent example of what is known in political science as preservation with strengthening through change, or "revolution from above." (Research on the Second Spanish Republic) "In this work, originally titled Commons Democracy, Dana D. Nelson addresses the history of the American people that is not found in the official narrative. She does so through a study of the practices of popular self-government among ordinary people in that country—that is, the humblest sectors of society at the time—covering the historical period encompassing the late colonial era and the pre-war period." (Common Democracy) "In the section on epistemology, he refutes the foundations of the theoretical and doctrinal mode of reasoning, designed to maintain the loyalty of the subjugated by nullifying their autonomy and intellectual potential, from the Greeks to the present day, advocating experiential methods. He also pays close attention to the study of the mechanisms of the ongoing mass indoctrination society, emphasizing the negative function of the intellectual caste, one of the most pernicious forms of illegitimate power in our time, by nullifying freedom of conscience. The analysis of the state entity is detailed: the constitution, the party-based system, parliament, the judiciary, the army, the police, and welfare institutions, among others, leading to an investigation of the ultimate causes of the state, which, by its very existence, denies society the most fundamental prerogative: that of self-governance. When examining large-scale concentrated property, capitalism, he does so from the perspective of its denial of civil and conscientious liberty, and more." which, as an exploitative system, is a novel approach that is essential today. Constructively, the text establishes the rudiments of a strategy, basic orientation, ideological foundations, and program for a sufficient total mutation of the existing order, not only in the political sphere, but also in the realm of ethics, values, and the core criteria of an order that will rebuild civilization after its current ongoing collapse. Tactically, the intention is to overcome the current defensive phase and enter an offensive one, in favor of freedom and the concrete essence of humanity. (Democracy and the Triumph of the State) "Félix Rodrigo Mora has been committed since the age of 18 to social, political, environmental, moral, epistemological, reflective, and cultural efforts, goals, and struggles. This has forced him to lead a hard and difficult existence, at times dangerous and almost always on the edge of what is bearable. He lacks academic credentials and does not wish to have them: life, particularly its failures and suffering, has been his university."
