What's up guys we're back again with another video and today I'm going to be showing you guys a beginner RING workout that will help you build muscle mass fast. Make sure to stretch and warm-up properly before attempting this workout because if you've never hit rings before best believe you will be sore the next day. If it's your first time using rings try to get used to holding your arms straight for the tendon and joint strength. Build it up slowly and your ring progress will be great.
