Mixing Procedure for Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) in a Hobart Mixer

This video demonstrates step-by-step procedure for preparing UHPC by mixing the constituents at lab scale in a small Hobart mixer. A similar mixing procedure can be adapted for a larger mixer. However, it is better to perform few trials in the lab before finalizing the mixing sequence and the total mix time. This is because the mixing procedure is significantly influenced by factors such as mixer type/mixing energy/constituent materials etc.,
