Virginia Hall, "The most dangerous of all Allied spies"

In 1942, Klaus Barbie, the Gestapo agent in France, ordered wanted posters that said “The Enemy’s Most Dangerous Spy — We Must Find and Destroy Her.” He was looking for the mysterious spy called "la dame qui boite," the "limping lady." The life of Virginia Hall, the young American from Maryland who became one of the allies' most dangerous spies of the Second World War, deserves to be remembered.
