Friends, I worked really hard on this recipe and, honestly, the result exceeded all expectations! 💚 The result is a delicate, light, refreshing cake that is simply created for summer days. Be sure to save it for yourself and cook it! For the spinach sponge cake: ✨ 5 eggs ✨ 250 g sugar ✨ 150 g spinach ✨ 100 ml oil ✨ 300 g flour ✨ 15 g baking powder ✨ vanilla or vanilla sugar (optional) For the cream: ✨ 3 packs of lemon jelly (90 g) I buy at @avrora.multimarket ✨ 350 ml boiling water ✨ 1 pack of sour cream ✨ 500 g cream cheese For the filling: ✨ 2 packs of kiwi or mojito-flavored jelly ✨ 150 g blueberries The sponge cake was baked for 17 minutes at 180°C. The jelly for the cubes was cooled, cut into pieces and added to the cake. The blueberries were chopped and added for a pleasant berry note. After assembling, I left the dessert in the refrigerator overnight to stabilize.
