The women's prison in Pozzuoli is closed due to the damage caused by bradyseism, and some inmates are temporarily transferred to Nisida, then an all-male institution. During that same period, Eduardo De Filippo, recently appointed Senator for life, brings the plight of young inmates to the attention of Palazzo Madama, visiting the institution and planning the revival of his theater, where he founded schools of stagecraft and acting. This experience gave rise to the first theatrical performance ever performed in an Italian juvenile prison, thanks also to the support of Eduardo's company. The story unfolds in the background, with a meeting between a boy from Nisida and a female inmate from Pozzuoli, who discover in theater an opportunity for redemption. Between reality and fiction, the film recounts the emotions and passions of a Naples of forty years ago, fragile and complex, yet still profoundly relevant. #Venice82 #MassimilianoGallo #LaSalita #VeniceFilmMovie #FilmMovie #VeniceFilmFestival #RobertaCaronia #AlfredoCossu #AntonioMilo #ShalanaSantana #GretaEsposito #MariaBolignano #AntonellaMorea #GeaMartire #AngelaDeMatteo #LuciannaDeFalco #StefaniaBlandeburgo #MariannaMercurio #GennaroDiBiase #DiegoDElia #AlessandroDeRenzi #ManuelMazia #FrancescoPiccirillo #LuisaEsposito #LudovicaFerraro #MarisaCarluccio #EleonoraVanni #GianfeliceImparato #MaurizioCasagrande #FrancescoSiciliano #MarianoRigillo #cinema #film #SpettacoloEU ─────────────────────────────────── 👉 If you like our interviews, subscribe to the channel and activate the bell 🔔 📲 Follow us here too: 🔗 All links in one place → https://linktr.ee/spettacolo.eu 🌐 Official website: https://www.spettacolo.eu 📸 Instagram: / spettacoloeu 📘 Facebook: / spettacolo.eu 🎵 Threads: https://www.threads.net/@spettacoloeu 🎬 TikTok: / spettacoloeu 💼 LinkedIn: / spettacolo-eu 📺 YouTube: / @spettacoloeu
