This was the last year of the 4th gen offered, is 1 of 2 in this color with a 6 speed manual transmission, and the best part… it only has 25 original miles on it! Yes you read that correctly; 25 original miles!! This car has only had one owner and was stored for many years before the owner finally decided to let it go. You just don’t find them quite like this! EXTERIOR: Since the car has been in storage its entire life, you can assume correctly that the body is in amazing shape – just like it was new when it left the dealership. It’s finished in a Light Pewter Metallic Gray and has a nice deep wet gloss look to it. Walking around the car, I couldn’t find any paint blemishes or damage. All the wheels are in excellent shape as well as the tires. It has 4 wheel disc brakes, twin electric sport mirrors, composite body panels, and fog lamps. INTERIOR: The interior is also in excellent shape. It still smells like a brand new car; everything is very clean and there’s no wear on any of the seats, dash, or center console. Even the carpet looks new. Sitting in this car brings you right back to 2002! It is packed with a preferred equipment group which includes power locks, cruise control, remote hatch release, power windows, and 6 way electric driver’s seat. It also has a keyless entry and anti-theft alarm system! The best part of the interior is the manual black ball shifter sitting up through the center console. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Powered with the desirable 5.7L LS1 V8 engine mated to the T56 6 speed manual transmission, making a very conservative 310HP. Back in the day this was plenty of power for service officers to keep up with pretty much any everyday car. Everything is like it was new under the hood and there is next to no wear on anything. This car is in showroom quality condition! TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The rear hatch opens by remote and stays up with hood struts. It is fully carpeted and has never been used. There is a bag with the original window sticker and sales documents from the original purchaser, as well as a stack of receipts from years of storage fees! There is a carpeted privacy cover and towards the back is a nice deep well with plenty of storage. It was not offered with a spare tire from the factory. UNDERSIDE: Have you ever seen what a 2002 Camaro looks like underneath when its brand new? Neither have we until now. This car is clean as a whistle underneath. All original factory stickers and markings are still intact on suspension components. The B4C package included Z28 performance parts, from stiffer springs, upgraded shocks, 4wheel disc brakes, stainless dual exhaust, stiffened sway bars and external coolers.
