In this episode we work on your back in the calisthenics room (see that there is also episode 2 with back exercises). If you are a beginner and you still can't do a pull-up, that's perfectly normal. I show you simple variations that you can use to start building strength. I present variations to inspire you, but the idea is not to compare yourself to the most advanced and demoralize yourself :) With practice and consistency, you too can get where you want to be! For those who already have experience, I also present some more advanced variations of back exercises. We also talk about an important thing: patience! You don't have to prove anything to anyone. You don't have to become Superman overnight. The body needs time to adapt, strengthen and learn. If discomfort or pain occurs, stop and give your body the time it needs to recover. The goal is not perfection! The goal is to build long-term health, strength, and mobility.
