How to get comfy Ski Boots

We visited the Ellis Brigham Boot Fitting Lab at Milton Keynes after still wearing a pair of 10 year old ski boots that felt like slippers :) The audio in this is exactly as it appeared on the day, there were NO retakes, but of course we have shortened some parts of the fitting process to make for better viewing. The process took about 1 hour 30 minutes, and included trying and fitting 3 pairs of boots before we found the right pair, as well as custom moulded footbeds.
