This one was a little tricky to do because by now Sentai Series had changed a bit where it was no longer straightforward whom was the main villains, so some were main villains but more were the sentai teams greater threat or the ultimate enemy. Examples: Gien from Timeranger - Even though Don Dolnero was the main villain, Gien was the bigger threat. Rainian Agent Abrella from Dekaranger- Even though he was a freelance criminal, he financed and supplied the other criminals the Dekarangers fought. He also posed the greatest threat in the end. High Priest Gaja from Boukenger- He was the first villain of the Negatives to awake and since his awakening caused the other groups to take action and he also gave the Boukengers the toughest fight.
