President Bola Tinubu has ordered the ICPC to investigate allegations surrounding the alleged fake Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, PFIPC, with questions over forged documents, government recognition and financial transactions. Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi Matthew, who claims to be the agency’s Director-General, has faced allegations of forgery and impersonation, while Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila has threatened a ₦10 billion defamation lawsuit over claims he denies.
