FC-Astoria Walldorf is firmly in the title race. Coach Andreas Schön's team moved to within four points of league leaders SGV Freiberg Fußball with a 4-3 (2-2) victory against Kickers Offenbach. OFC, with assistant coach Eric Schaaf standing in for the suspended Kristjan Glibo, showed resilience after falling behind to goals from Marcel Carl (12th minute) and Konrad Riehle (21st minute). Goals from Keanu Staude (15th minute) and Ron Berlinski (24th minute) allowed Kickers to equalize each time. Although Keanu Staude received a second yellow card for repeated fouls in the second half (60th minute), Jona Borsum (73rd minute) gave the visitors from Bieberer Berg the lead for the first time.
