Fat Tire (Classic Recipe!) | New Belgium Brewing Company | Beer Review | #2922

In this review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from the New Belgium Brewing Company (‪@NewBelgium‬), and it's their Fat Tire. This is an Amber Ale, and it's the original recipe that New Belgium brought back for their 35th Anniversary. Full disclosure: I've had this one before, but never got a chance to review it before it was reformulated, so I'm excited to finally give it a proper review. I also compare the OG recipe to the new "Classic Ale" version throughout the review, just to see the differences between the two. Which one do I prefer? Let's find out! Commercial Description: The recipe that started it all, inspired by our founder Jeff Lebesch's Belgian bike tour in 1987. Fat Tire Amber Ale is an iconic homage to the classic Belgian brews Jeff sampled over 35 years ago, still serving as a reminder to slow down and enjoy the ride. Cheers to 35 years of adventure!
