You can also watch this video right before you go to sleep, it’s a good way to lucid dream when you read/watch stuff about lucid dreaming 30 minutes before bed. I guide you to imagine doing a reality check (counting your fingers) a couple of times, but the rest is simply you listening to affirmations, you can also repeat them in your head. I let the screen pretty dark so you get into a sleepy state. I’m going to do more guided meditations on the methods that made me lucid dream!
