Welt Yang 0-Cycles Harbinger of Death | No Limited Eidolons | 4.2 MOC

Holy, I think Welt had the biggest glow-up in hsr history that I have ever seen. He buffs a ton, is the only char that can delay and slow enemies, AND he's also an amazing DPS now?? While being a STANDARD unit?? This is also pre-E6, mind you; at E6 he's even stronger, like what is this unit. Yeah sure, u kinda need E4 for him to be very good, but I'm pretty sure even at lower eidolons he can clear just fine, only 0-Cycles I doubt he will do (at NLE that is). Plus again, he's a 1.0 unit; I'm sure old players have some copies. Anyways, the run is 4-cost if u exclude Sparkle and 5-Cost if u include her, which is wow. He's 0-Cycling at a low, limited cost, AND u can prob drop it by 1 or 2 since he overkilled by a million too lol.
