Specializzarsi in medicina e...lavorare due giorni a settimana?

Hello everyone, and welcome back to my channel! Today we're addressing a question you've raised in DMs, especially after watching the videos on occupational medicine and sports medicine. The underlying question is: If working two days a week (intensively) reaches the limit of the flat rate in these disciplines, is it possible to make a living working these two days? Aside from the provocative title, this content isn't meant to create illusions; the values of this channel point in the exact opposite direction. While theoretically it COULD be possible to work fewer days a week in some disciplines (difficult to quantify, too many parameters to consider), in practice, it's best not to choose a specialization based on this, and above all, it's best not to assume it's possible: more than the work or the specialization itself, it's a matter of a combination of conditions related to the labor market, the tax regime, and certain laws governing these specializations. Is it worth choosing them with this goal in mind? I'm not entirely sure. Is it worth knowing what you're getting into by choosing them? I'd say yes, and that's why I created this short piece.
