This reality show is about how athleticism isn't talent, but a system: five ordinary people, personal programs, public measurements every week. If it doesn't work out, everyone will see. The show's main experiment HOW THE SHOW WORKS: — Every Saturday — a control jump measurement (airtime, a single standard formula - cannot be faked) — Every Sunday, a new episode and a public ranking update — Points: increase from YOUR starting points (1% = 1 point) + discipline (100% of the week = 5 points) + challenge of the week (+2) + MVP by viewer vote (+3 and elimination insurance) — At the end of Month 2 and Month 4, the last three in the standings are eliminated.
