Hello, this is Aejeong😊 Today, I prepared Buldak Bokkeum Myun, crispy fried chicken, and Korean street food “Sotteok Sotteok”! First, I made some fragrant green onion oil, then added the sauce, and even mixed in some minced garlic before stir-frying. Regular Buldak Bokkeum Myun has that intense, sharp spiciness, but when you coat it with green onion oil, it adds a subtle sweetness and depth of flavor that makes it so much tastier. It’s such a simple step, but just adding green onion oil changes the flavor completely! The noodles turned out glossy and silky from the oil coating, which mellowed out the spiciness and made every bite smoother and more delicious. And whenever the heat felt a little too strong, having a bite of fried chicken in between was perfect—the crispy, savory flavor helped calm down the spiciness. If you want to enjoy Buldak Bokkeum Myun but can’t handle too much heat, I highly recommend trying it with this recipe!
