RHODES: Acropolis, Lemurs, Dream Beaches, and Return to Italy 🇬🇷 📝 Our last day in Rhodes starts off in the best possible way: a hearty breakfast and a stroll along the seafront to the very tip of Rhodes City, where the Aegean Sea offers incredible colors. We can't resist treating ourselves to one last dip in the crystal-clear water, despite the beach already being crowded since the early hours of the morning. We continue our journey by exploring the evocative moat of the Medieval Walls of Rhodes, one of the best-preserved medieval fortifications in Europe, before returning to the hotel for checkout. After picking up the car, we head to an unmissable stop: the Acropolis of Rhodes, located on Monte Smith. Among the ancient columns of the Temple of Apollo, the remains of the stadium, and the Hellenistic theater, we immerse ourselves in the history of one of the most important cities of the ancient Mediterranean, while also enjoying a splendid view of the city and the sea. Before leaving, we make a quick stop to consume the food left over from the previous days: nothing goes to waste on a trip! The adventure continues at the Farma of Rhodes, a wildlife park where we encounter many animals up close, but the real stars are the charming and curious lemurs, who roam freely and provide truly fun and unforgettable moments. Before returning the car to the airport, we take a final farewell to the sea with a stop on a beautiful nearby beach. The time has come to leave Greece and return to Italy, taking with us unforgettable memories, spectacular landscapes, crystal-clear sea, and the many emotions experienced during this trip to Rhodes.
