Ingredients: 4-5 eggplants Meatballs 🍔 Meatball Ingredients: 500 g ground beef 1 onion (juice squeezed out) 2 cloves of garlic Red pepper flakes, isot pepper, thyme, red paprika, black pepper, salt 2 tablespoons stale breadcrumbs 1 egg Parsley 🥫 Sauce Ingredients: 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon chili paste Salt 2 cups warm water 🍳 Preparation: Peel the eggplants in stripes and soak them in salted water (this removes bitterness and prevents browning). Knead the meatball ingredients and shape them into walnut-sized balls. Drain and dry the eggplants well, then fry them lightly until they change color. Fry the meatballs the same way. Arrange the eggplants in a cross shape, place a meatball on top, close them up, and secure with a toothpick (you can also add tomato and pepper if desired).
