Managing a Patient with a Pelvic Fracture

Here's the case from earlier today: šŸš‘ 🚨 You are called to an 18-year-old male patient who was hit by an ATV while walking down a dirt road. You find the patient unconscious unresponsive laying prone. Bystanders state that the ATV came up from behind and hit him and the patient went under the wheels of the ATV. The patient has multiple lacerations and contusions.
