OLAY #STEMTheGap - It's Time to Change the Equation
It is estimated that majority of all jobs will be technology based by 2030. In India today, women only make up 14% of the workforce in STEM Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM). Olay believes it's time to change this equation! The future of our girls depends on what we teach them today. Our unconscious bias creates barriers for young girls to pursue their passion and studies in STEM. OLAY's #STEMTheGap campaign aims to create awareness for this movement and ensure a great future for our girls. Olay will fund STEM scholarships for girls across India partnering with LEAD. This will enable more girls to fearlessly pursue STEM.
