2024 vacation, a roadtrip in east Germany

A vacation in east Germany. Normal tourist stuff but I did "my stuff" to, like a concert, car museums and whisky distilleries. This is what I did: Lohberg brewery / Hinricus Noyte's distillery and warehouse in Wismar. Schwerin castle in Schwerin. Sachsenhausen concentration camp in Oranienburg. In Berlin I attended the concert Nick Mason's Saucerful of secrets at the Tempodrome, a whiskytasting at Offside bar, tour of the Olympic stadium, tour of Tempelhof airport och tour the Berlin Underworld. I visited Checkpoint Charlie, The Wall, Potsdamer Platz, Memorial to the murdered jews of Europe, Brandenburger Tor, Unten den Linden, Babelplatz, Berliner dome, Alexandeplatz, Classic Remise, Charlottenburg castle, north turn of the AVUS circuit, Kaiser Wilhelm church, Hard Rock Café in Berlin (my 23rd visited Hard Rock Café). Sanssouci castle in Potsdam. The disused hospital complex in Beelitz with a tour of the surgical building and a treetop walk, Baum & Zeit. Glina distillery in Werder, STORK club distillery in Schlepzig and Grumsiner distillery west of Angermünde. Limestone ovens in Rüdersdorf. Memorial of the battles of the Seelow hights. The shipelevator at Niederfinow. In the national park of Saxon Switzerland I visited Bastei bridge, Richard Wagner memorial and walked in the Utterwalde gorge. In Dresden I visited Kunsthofpassage (backyards with art-architecture), the golden rider, the woman church, cathedral, Zwinger, museum of transport and the tour of Dresdner distillery. Museum of Saxon cars in Chemnitz. August Horch museum in Zwickau. Buchenwald concentration camp outside of Weimar. Kyffhäuser memorial. Hercynian distillery, former known as Hammerschmide. I skipped the top of Brocken as it was fog and rain. The Gustav Adolf stave church in Hahnenklee. The city of Goslar. The former border checkpoint in Hessendamm. The very odd museum in Gifhorn with bells, windmills and superbikes. Foundation Volkswagen and Autostadt in Wolfsburg.
