This is something most amateur golfers struggle with but I show you a few drills you can do to understand and improve your pressure shift. Often misunderstood, pressure shift is the distribution of pressure between your feet during the swing, where as weight shift refers to the movement of your body mass from one foot to the other and your center of gravity.
