Disco, Occasionally," the follow up to the Album of the Year winning "Harry’s House." In this video, I sit down for my first full listen to the album and share my immediate reactions track by track. Going into the release I expected a disco-leaning dance album based on the rollout and the lead single “Aperture.” Instead, Harry delivers something moodier and more restrained, built around funky basslines, dance rock textures, and atmosphere over obvious pop hits. The first half plays like a slow burn before the second half really starts to click, with songs like “Pop,” “Coming Up Roses,” and the closer “Carla’s Song” standing out on first listen.
