These include: overload, sabotage, damping, hacking, neural shock, and first aid, along with shield boost and unity because I highly disagree with tagging shield boost as combat and unity isn’t in any of the 3 categories. Seriously, why does combat get 2 defensive powers - immunity and shield boost - while tech gets none?! Shepard can upgrade weapon skills since we can choose not to shoot with them, but allies can’t improve skills that increase weapon damage. We can’t unequip the starting guns so we’ll have to settle for not upgrading them. Armor and obviously omni-tools can be upgraded. We can’t order allies to focus fire - they’ll shoot whatever their AI picks. We can order them to use their legal powers. No cheats or gameplay mods.
