VW California T5 Atera Strada Bike Rack Review 2018 - How to fit and Why We Love it

In this video, we show you why we decided to buy the Atera Strada DL 3+1 bike rack for our VW California T5. We already had a tow-bar fitted as we want to tow our boat and hot air balloon regularly. Get the DL 3 here on Amazon: https://amzn.to/31jjsfm (affiliate link) Other bike racks like the standard VW one, are good but they are very high so they are difficult to load, you can't open the boot (well, not without putting a lot of strain on the boot), and there is more potential for damage to the paintwork. The main reasons we love the Atera Strada is that we can load the bikes on the tow bar so it is low and easy to load. Secondly, it is the only rack for the T5 which slides so you can open the boot and easily access all your things. Thirdly, it is neat and simple design, so you can fit it and load it quickly and easily. As you can see, for a family with a lot of bikes, we think this is the best option.
