Mr Big vocalist Eric Martin sat down with Roppongi Rocks’ Stefan Nilsson on the Mr Big tour bus backstage at the Skogsröjet festival in Sweden on 3rd August 2024. In part 1 of the interview, he talks about “The Big Finish” tour (the band’s final tour), the dynamics between the band members, what the future may hold for the band, the challenges of playing festivals, and much more. Mr Big was formed in Los Angeles in 1988 by Eric Martin, Billy Sheehan, Paul Gilbert and Pat Torpey. The band reached big success globally and has continued recording and touring on and off throughout the years.
