One of the most beautiful levada hikes in Madeira with a tunnel and a waterfall path that runs through or behind the water. The Levada circular hike starts at Ponta do Sol. It goes on the Levada Nova into the Ribeira da Ponta do Sol valley and back on the Levada do Moinho. We start with the slightly more difficult because it is partly unsecured stage over the Levada-Nova and go back over the beautiful and idyllic Levada do Moinho.
