GÖZLEME YAPIMI

Gozleme is a Turkish dish made with various ingredients inside a thin dough. The dough expands by mixing flour, salt, and water. Once rolled out, it's revealed along with the filling. Potatoes, spinach, cheese, ground meat, nettles, mushrooms, sausage, and other ingredients can be used as fillings. Gozleme is known by different names in different regions of Türkiye, such as bazlama, sac böreği, yufka, and katmer.
