The most touching moment of the event was the procession of the statue of Maria SS. della Libera, carried on the shoulders of the women of the village, a symbolic gesture representing the community's deep connection and devotion to the Madonna. This unique procession wound its way through the streets of the village, accompanied by the light of torches that illuminated the path and the prayers of the faithful, creating an atmosphere of intimate spiritual communion. At the forefront of paying homage to this centuries-old tradition, the mayor of Aversa, Francesco Matacena, participated with great enthusiasm.
