Westerville, Ohio: Fourth Friday Celebration

Communities all over the world celebrate the warmth of summer. In Westerville, Ohio, one way that is done is through the Fourth Friday events, which are held each month from May through October. Take a look at one of those festivals, from this summer. I placed captions on this video. It's something that I used to do at work with all of my videos.
