I Tried To Make Gelatin Art Cakes | Expectation vs Reality Baking

Today I tried to make gelatin art cakes, and it ended up being an expectation vs reality baking video! I went into today's video with a really confident attitude that I was going to be perfecting these 3D gelatin art cakes, perhaps I would make some lovely flower gelatin designs, or possibly even some arty 3D gelatin cakes....the reality was I would end up with some solid colour gelatin cake blobs, that didn't even taste particularly good. Now I definitely feel like the second stage of the gelatin cake making process went a tiny bit wrong, and that's why I had so many issues with my gelatin cakes. I feel like you need some serious baking skills to be able to perfect these gelatin cakes, and get a result that is more like the expectation, and less like my reality!
