Ram Dara School, Khwaja Zaid Village, Doshi District, Baghlan Province We traveled for kilometers on mountain paths and dirt roads to learn about the living conditions of the people of the "Rama Dara" region in Doshi District, Baghlan Province. The district has three districts, two of which are home to mostly Sunni Hazaras. Areas and people who have been left behind due to the lack of balanced development, lack of justice, and the ethnic-centric view of most governments in Afghanistan. People who live with little resources and inadequate conditions, with only a little agriculture and livestock, are struggling to make ends meet. The main problem in this region is the distance of these people from education and progress, people who are below the poverty line and have only had a primary school for the first time in history for two years. A school that was built at the expense of the people themselves and without government assistance. The people of this region, who are interested in education, have repeatedly requested the governments to build schools in the past; but their request has not been answered positively; therefore, the past generation of these people has remained mostly illiterate. These people face many problems in terms of health centers, schools, roads, safe drinking water and basic living facilities. The people are so poor that many families cannot afford the books and pens of their children and send their children to school. The only thing that governments have done for these people throughout history has been to pave a few kilometers of the Khaama road during the previous Afghan government.
