20 Minute INTENSE🔥 PUSH WORKOUT// FOLLOW ALONG

If you tell yourself, "you don't have time to workout", then think again! This is a 20-minute complete push workout. This workout is quick but very intense🔥 I take you through my actual 20-minute workout and show you how to work your chest, shoulders, and triceps fast, but with enough intensity to still make gains💪🏻 This is a fast-paced society and a lot of people neglect one of the most important things they should be doing. Taking care of yourself. Your body, health, and your mind! Everyone is busy, and everyone has a ton of excuses, but at the end of the day, it comes down to choosing your health and making the time commitment a priority. For this reason, I give you my 20-minute workout! Also, make sure to save this to a playlist and then add the other 20-minute and 10-minute workouts to your list. Now with that said, this is how you need to structure your 20-minute push day workout... You will start with your largest muscle group...Chest. Then you will go into your shoulder workout, and then finish off with your triceps. Chest Exercises: Perform as a Giant-Set (No rest between exercises) DB Bench Press 3 X 6-8 Incline Dumbbell Fly's 3 X 10-12 Incline Dumbbell Press 3 X 6-8 Decline Pushups 3 X 10-12 Shoulder Exercises: Perform as a Tri-Set (No rest between exercises) TriCon Lateral Raises 2 X 9 Overhead Dumbbell Press 2 X 6-8 Bent Lateral Raise 2 X 10-12 Triceps Exercises: Perform as a Tri-Set (No rest between exercises) Dumbbell Skull Crushers 2 X 8-10 Diamond Pushups 2 X 8-10 Incline/Decline Pushups 2 X 8-10 👉 If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to comment down below!
