Served with a creamy garlic-parsley sauce that takes them to the next level. No deep frying, no mess. 📝 Crispy eggs: Eggs — as many as you want Flour Egg (for coating) Salt Garlic powder Breadcrumbs 📝 Sauce: Tomato paste — 2 tbsp Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp Mustard — 1 tsp Garlic powder — 1 tsp Greek yogurt — 2 tbsp Garlic Parsley — 1 small bunch Lemon juice — 1 tbsp 📝 Step by step: 1. Place eggs in the air fryer and bake at 265 °F (130 °C) for 15 minutes. 2. Transfer eggs to ice water to stop the cooking and make them easy to peel. 3. Prepare the breading: flour, beaten egg with salt and garlic powder, and breadcrumbs. 4. Coat each egg in flour, then egg wash, then breadcrumbs. Repeat for extra crunch. 5. Air fry the breaded eggs at 265 °F (130 °C) for 6 minutes until golden. 6. Mix the sauce: tomato paste, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, Greek yogurt, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. 7.
