Kohakutou Recipe (Japanese Jelly) +eating sound | HANSE Any piracy, editing or re-upload of all the video contents of 'HanSe Channel' without notice are prohibited. ▶ ingredient (about 2.5 times of the amount in the video) 380ml water (1 paper cup) 8g agar powder (1 spoonful) 500g sugar (3 paper cups) food coloring (not necessary) ▶Recipe *wear cooking gloves while making! 1. boil water and agar powder for about 6min 2. add sugar and boil in medium heat about 5min 2.1 if you have food coloring, add food coloring now 3. pour the solution in a bowl, and cool down in the fridge about 2~3 hrs 4. separate the solid kohakutou from the bowl, cut it. 5. leave it in dry room temperature for 4~6 days to make the surface crispy. The amount of sugar decides the time it takes to solidify. If you want crispy feeling, you better wait for about a week. If the weather is damp, it will take more time. It's like a sweet jelly of red bean. Not my favorite, but it's okay. Thanks for watching
