This allows you to assess whether your company is on the right track and, if not, define corrective actions. Working with performance indicators allows you to better assess your company's situation. This is because you identify which metrics are below or above the established ideal target, and thus make more assertive decisions to change the situation of each one, focusing energy and resources where they are most needed. There are several performance indicators. However, the main ones are profitability, revenue, return on investment, productivity, quality, efficiency, among others.
