Mega Man X3 has Zero Problems

When it comes to Mega Man games I ended up skipping over Mega Man X3 and went straight to 4. Now I'm able to revisit it for New Game Plus but some of the Completionist factors still bother me. Mainly, why aren't you rewarding me for collecting all the chips? At least you get to play as the super cool Maverick hunter Zero! But wait, did you know he has perma-death? That's a feature for some reason. As lackluster this game may be to me, it is also one of the hardest and most expensive Mega Man games to find on the SNES.
