Politolog: Emocje rządzą wyborami, więc służba zdrowia będzie tematem w kampanii

Dr. Grzegorz Balawajder, a political scientist from the University of Opole, is the guest of Radio Opole's Morning Talk. We discuss whether we are witnessing the so-called Miszalski effect, or the boom in local referenda. We ask whether the dismissal of the mayor of Krakow emboldens those dissatisfied with their government, or whether it is part of the preparations for the parliamentary elections and a game played by local political factions. In the second part of the interview, we address the issue of the Southern Hospital. Does this issue force politicians to fundamentally reform the healthcare system, and how does it affect the ratings of individual political parties?
