First, we will calculate the measures of the interior angles of the pentagon to be able to apply trigonometry of right triangles and calculate the apothem of the base. With this data, we will obtain the area of the base. Then, we will find the apothem of the pyramid using the Pythagorean Theorem to find the lateral and total area.
