Phil Ochs - First Real Album (Campfire Songs)
This is the super rare first album recording of Phil Ochs, In November of 1962 Phil accepted $50 to record a collection of popular Campfire Songs. In 63 Cameo released this budget LP. Phil requested his name not be used and it wasn't until well after his death that it's existence became known. He is paired with a Female Singer and a group of children. If anyone has any idea of who the Female Singer may be, do please let me know. She certainly would have been a folk singer in the village in the early sixties and very well may have become a recording artist like Phil became.
