Alton Towers Still Broken! Ride Closers, Huge Queues & Total Chaos

We returned to Alton Towers expecting things to improve after a difficult opening weekend… but somehow it was even worse. From delayed park opening times and long queues outside the gates, to rides opening late, breaking down, poor capacity on the trill rides, this visit didn’t go as planned. We discovered rides not open due to essential maintenance which makes us wonder what happens during the closed season.
