As promised, here's a recipe for a delicious spelt apple pie. I recommend serving it with a dollop of skyr :) or ice cream. Facebook:   / biegajacy.dietetyk   Instagram:   / biegajacy_dietetyk   Website: https://biegajacydietetyk.pl/ Email: [email protected] SPELLED APPLE PIE Ingredients: ▶️3 large apples (approx. 700g) ▶️Semolina - 125g ▶️Whole grain spelt flour - 85g ▶️Erythritol - 90g ▶️Butter - 3 tablespoons (30g) + 20g for greasing the baking pan Grate the apples and add cinnamon. In a bowl, combine the semolina, flour, and erythritol. Line the bottom of a cake pan with parchment paper, grease it generously with butter, add 1/3 of the dry ingredients, half the apples, 1/3 of the dry ingredients, then the apples and dry ingredients. Grate the cold butter over the top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes. 18cm pan. 1/4 of the entire cake is 333 kcal! #powderedapplepie #healthycake #fitcake
