I introduce names like Knight Frank, Cushman and Wakefield, and Fitch Ratings, explain who they are and why their work carries weight in the UAE, and show how to analyse their reports, study the market, and form our own informed opinion on top of verified data. I then look at the supply coming into Dubai and the real question behind it, whether demand and population growth will keep pace with that new supply. This is how an advisor thinks.
