EXPOSING THE TRUE IDENTITY OF WITNESS 1 ON BIG U RICO CASE: THE MICHAEL SHERWOOD STORY

This video EXPOSES one of the most critical witnesses in United States versus Eugene Henley Junior — the federal RICO case against Big U out of the Central District of California. The government has charged Big U with 43 counts including murder, RICO conspiracy, extortion, human trafficking, wire fraud, embezzlement, and tax evasion. The murder allegation involves Rayshawn Williams — a twenty-one-year-old aspiring rapper signed to Big U's Uneek Music label who was found shot in a ditch off Interstate 15 near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in January 2021. Big U is in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles with a trial date set for February 2027. The man the government is using to anchor that murder charge is a security guard named Michael Sherwood — Witness One — who claims Big U returned to Mally Mall's Las Vegas studio at 2:30 in the morning soaking wet. Without Sherwood there is no murder case. And Sherwood's record tells you exactly who he is. Who Is Michael Sherwood: Sherwood is not a first-time government witness. In United States versus Fereidoun Khalilian out of Nevada he was the government's primary witness in a murder for hire prosecution. Las Vegas socialite Fred Khalilian paid Sherwood $20,000 to kill documentary filmmaker Juan Esco. Sherwood called Esco instead, staged a fake murder scene, extracted money from Khalilian, and went to the FBI. Khalilian was arrested, later pleaded guilty to witness tampering after being caught trying to get Sherwood to recant, and walked on time served. Four Employers. Four Thefts: Before any of this, Sherwood had built a track record at every job he held. At Bedrock he stole $60,000 and signed a repayment agreement. At Superior Protection Services he ran $5,000 in personal charges through a company card including a barbecue. At Hanna Ashby he abandoned an overnight security post while strangers removed property from the premises. And he took Khalilian's white Cadillac Escalade without permission and left it at a motel in Torrance. Four employers. Four incidents. Four times property disappeared on his watch. The Deleted Evidence: During the federal investigation Sherwood deleted 28 text messages from his own phone — messages that showed rent payments being reframed as murder payments and contradicted his own testimony. He blamed Khalilian for deleting them. The FBI's Cellebrite forensic analysis proved the messages were deleted from Sherwood's phone by Sherwood. He destroyed evidence and blamed the defendant. The FBI's own technology caught him. The Phone Call That Changed Four Times: The central call in the Khalilian case — the murder for hire call — was described by Sherwood four different ways. 3:40 PM. 11:30 PM. 9:15 PM. Two minutes. Thirty minutes. His own text to Esco time-stamped 9:44 PM on March 16 destroyed the 3:40 PM version completely. The defense sat down without calling a witness and the California case was dismissed.
