Its a great combination of ingredients, flavours and textures. Ingredients 1 Cucumber 1 small Fennel 1/4 cup of Dates 1/2 Pear 1/3 cup of Almonds 1 bunch Mint 1 bunch Parsley 200g Prosciutto 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Juice of 1 Lemon Large pinch of Sea Salt Method This one is really easy - just chop everything up and mix together in a bowl.
