Can This HEATING SYSTEM ISSUE Be FIXED?? Warm Air Heater PROBLEM

As a plumber I've never worked on a warm air heating system before, so it could be a problem that i don't know how to fix...but I've always said plumbing is problem solving. So lets see if we can fix it. Warm air duct heating is fairly straight forward compared to a normal central heating system, but this is a very good customer of mine who's plumbing i have looked after for years so i was up for the challenge. We have to start by draining the system and removing the radiator heat exchanger and take a look and try to find the issue, see if its a pipework problem or somewhere else that leaking.
