During his recent field trips to assess the progress of lowland development work, the Head of Department noted delays in the execution of the work by some companies, even though they had already been paid. He then instructed them to reinforce their equipment and begin work at night. Four days later, Commander Ismaël SOMBIÉ returned to the field to verify the effective implementation of his directives.
