The family of two-year-old Awaab Ishak have backed new measures proposed by the government, to be known as 'Awaab's Law', to protect tenants living in social housing. The youngster was killed by a respiratory condition, caused by exposure to mould in his family's housing association flat. It shone a light on the state of some homes in the UK.
